Sorry, we can not ship to PO Box addresses.

Items will be shipped within 48 business hours from Brandon, Mississippi. *During the Thanksgiving through Christmas Holiday items will be shipped within 72 hours.

*Sorry we are unable to offer the $5 Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. Please contact us for a shipping quote to Alaska or Hawaii.

BAYOU CLASSIC COOKING RETURN POLICY:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defected, please contact bayouclassiccooking@yahoo.com and we will either have a replacement product sent to you or we will provide a full refund. Please send a picture of the damaged item along with your email.

Undamaged Returns will be accepted and a refund will be issued only for products returned within 15 days of purchase. We will also apply a 15% restocking fee to all goods returned undamaged/undefective.

All returns must be unused and in their original packaging and shipped back in a protective cardboard box.

You must obtain a Return Authorization number and return procedures from bayouclassiccooking@yahoo.com before returning any product. Without a return authorization number your return will be refused and credit will not be issued. Credit will be issued once the product is received back in good condition. Please obtain a tracking number when returning the product to ensure delivery.
