Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return Policy:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defected, please contact bayouclassiccooking@yahoo.com and we will either have a replacement product sent to you or we will provide a full refund.
Returns will be accepted and a refund will be issued only for products returned within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be unused and in their original packaging and shipped back in a protective cardboard box.
You must obtain a Return Authorization number and return procedures from bayouclassiccooking@yahoo.com before returning any product. Without a return authorization number your return will be refused and credit will not be issued. Credit will be issued once the product is received back in good condition. Please obtain a tracking number when returning the product to ensure delivery.
